About me

Hello, I'm Dalys, a passionate musician and dedicated educator with over 12 years of experience in the music industry. From playing out-of-state venues, to opening for numerous national bands, my journey has been filled with unforgettable moments and invaluable experiences that have shaped my musical path.

What began as a personal love affair with music has evolved into a mission to inspire and empower others through teaching. I've dedicated myself to mastering my craft and developing effective teaching methods to guide students of all levels towards their musical aspirations.

Beyond the classroom, I continue to push the boundaries of my own musical expression, and hope to be able to share that with my students

Having honed my skills through years of live performances, I've explored a wide array of genres including rock, metal, worship, shoegaze, and more. My journey has taken me to stages all over Arizona, as well as venues in Texas and California. Whether it's engaging on social media or commanding a live audience, I possess the expertise to guide you towards success. Whatever that might entail for you. 

In addition to my extensive live performance background, I've also cultivated valuable teaching experience. As a music tutor at Guitar Center, I've had the privilege of imparting my knowledge and passion for music to eager learners, guiding them through the intricacies of drumming and music theory. Furthermore, my journey extends beyond the realm of music into the discipline of martial arts, where I previously served as a  Shōrin-ryū instructor,  leading classes accommodating students of all ages and skill levels.

In your initial session, we will discuss your intake form and review your goals. I'll evaluate your current skill level to tailor a plan that is personal to you and ensures your progress, and answer any questions you may have for me. 

Your $30 sign-up fee will go towards providing essential materials for effective practice, such as a binder and a pair of drumsticks, as well as covering the cost of future lessons materials.
